This listing is for a one-time-use Tattoo Permission of an existing Mustard Beetle design.
The sale of this item includes a permission release form *instant download* so, it’s immediately ready to print and take to your tattoo artist!

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose a pre-existing piece of Mustard Beetle artwork from my Shop or Website
2. Purchase this Tattoo Permission release form as a digital download
3. Print out the permission release form digital download and fill in *your name* and the *title* of the piece you plan on getting
4. Take a screenshot of the piece you'd like to get tattooed or e-mail me for a screenshot (I will not be providing high-resolution images to clients due to copyright issues but am willing to send high resolution images directly to your tattoo artist if they request that).
6. Bring the printed out and filled in Tattoo Permission Form to your tattoo artist along with a print-out of the design
7. Get inked

After your tattoo is done, I'd love to see what it looks like!
